How Support Works

1. Request Support

Click Get Support and submit a request via email describing your issue – this will generate a ticket.

 

We’ll review your request and get back to you with available appointment times.

2. Confirm Your Appointment

Once a time is agreed, we’ll send a confirmation email along with a secure payment link.

 

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

3. Connect Remotely

At your scheduled time, we’ll communicate via a Microsoft Teams audio call while securely connecting to your Mac using HelpWire.

 

No technical experience is required — we’ll walk you through everything.

4. Resolve the Issue

Most issues can be diagnosed and resolved during the session.

 

If additional work is required, we’ll schedule a follow-up session or recommend on-site support where necessary.
